1: This is a Family Site that means:
__ a: No sexually explicit pictures or avaters.
__ b: No vulgar profanity. (Keep it PG)
__ c: No personal insults (Argue the point, not the person.)

2: Keep all political/religious debates civil. Different viewpoints are good. Hating someone for that different is bad.

3: No "smack-talk" of someone elses gun. Every gun is a Heirloom to it's owner.

4: No spamming or fly-by-night sales. This isn't free-advertising.com! Go sell your stuff somewhere else.

5: If you don't like guns or shooting hobbies, go somewhere else! There are other places to go that feel that way and would love you to join them. Let us enjoy our hobby!

6: Have fun! You're here to relax and enjoy yourself. Keep it light and don't get caught up in the gun-smoke!

IMO we just need to find out from freeforums if they plan on getting the use of the sight back to normal?
It seems like every few hours it's moving slow or giving some kind of error message? :-(
Seems to me like they've put too much traffic on their servers and now they are scrambling to figure out how to make it work somehow? :?

Oh and has anyone else noticed that in the quick reply section at the bottom of the threads you dont have a button to check off for notification?

Missed it all, sorry.
I might be of some use on making this site work. Not that it's not, just a statement from another phpbb admin.

Thanks for the offer.

Right now the biggest problem is getting the "mark all posts read" to work. Many other sires run by freeforums are having the same problem. The freeforum guys are trying to fix it for two weeks now.

Hey now, I'm new here, don't get me seen in a bad light just yet big guy.
As of right now, I can only poke around the board, not dig in to ACP. Though if the problem lies with FF (freeforums), nothing much can done on this end I fear.
Ulmus, what version of phpbb if I may ask.

Why evade the inevitable ercnan? They'll get to know you soon enough!

Maybe we need to hire on ercnan as our "tech admin" Ulmus?

Ulmus, can you elaborate on the "mark all posts read" issue?
In this default prosilver2 style, I don't even see the option. Maybe that's the issue you speak of?

If you go to the Board Index/Home page, or even just the feedback/announcemnt page, you will find the words "Mark posts read" just above the "box" containing all the subforums or topics listed. It will be just outside the frame/margin on the upper right corner.

Freeforums adm said that it was a compatability problem their php system had with outlook version 8. (When they did their programming, they only made compatable with version 7.

Here's the link showing the problems many are having with it.
