Forum rules

As with any great game there are rules.

1: This is a Family Site that means:
__ a: No sexually explicit pictures or avaters.
__ b: No vulgar profanity. (Keep it PG)
__ c: No personal insults (Argue the point, not the person.)

2: Keep all political/religious debates civil. Different viewpoints are good. Hating someone for that different is bad.

3: No "smack-talk" of someone elses gun. Every gun is a Heirloom to it's owner.

4: No spamming or fly-by-night sales. This isn't free-advertising.com! Go sell your stuff somewhere else.

5: If you don't like guns or shooting hobbies, go somewhere else! There are other places to go that feel that way and would love you to join them. Let us enjoy our hobby!

6: Have fun! You're here to relax and enjoy yourself. Keep it light and don't get caught up in the gun-smoke!

Cool bunch of guns there JAB! :clap2: Ulmus you can buy an SKS with confidence. I've had several and don't remember any failure of any kind.... ever. Mine were Yugo(a couple) and Chinese(several). Had the Chinese SKS -M (takes AK mags) too. Shot thousands (maybe 20+) of rds and this is one reliable gun.
Ar-15s are also alot better gun than they're given credit for too. Maybe they don't like sand but they don't mind rain.snow, sleet or mud. Hold a tight group even when hot. Super reliable, shot mostly steel case ammo in mine( several k here too) and never a problem.

Definitely a nice set up there! :notworthy: Thanks for the pics. The side sling on the SKS reminds me of mi S.I.L.'s 30 carbine.

This is what I've decided.

If I go with a .223 I'm going Kel Tec SU-16CA or E. otherwise I'm going with my friends SKS.

Now all I gotta do is get my job back (looking like sometime in January) and save some money. SIGH.

:funny: Nah. It's just a job. Besides, I got most of the residents in the park ready to do it for me.
