Go to gunblast.com for extensive photos from the Shot show. There are a lot of interesting new guns there, including some new .22s.

Are you kidding me?!?!? A Heritage form of a Judge!?!?
Woo Hoo! Hopefully they bring it out and beat up the Judge pricing! :grin1:

Good Lord! Are those grips carved from the ugly tree? As a woods companion, this thing would likely be a good (and, hopefully, lower-priced) alternative to the Judge. I'd want one of those old 'calvary-style' holsters for it, though, so I wouldn't have to look at it.

Actually, the revolver itself isn't bad - it's those grips. Maybe there would be some oversized rubber grips that would fit it and those could be replaced.

Well we already have a NEOS and have been waiting for a year now in hopes that Beretta would finally win BATFE approval on the carbine kit.
To finally see it in a range setting makes me very hopeful.

Finally got to see this post. Great job JJ for finding the pic!
Glad to see I was beaten out by GunBlast on the Heritage and the Neos. (OMG I'm competing with the big boys! :shocked1: )
What's really ironic is that I went over to the Wild West Guns booth and asked about a 500SW levergun. (They felt the 50 Alaskan was better for the job.) I like the Preditor Tactical pump, but would LOVE a lever version.

On the subject of the oversized grip on the Heritage 45/410. It might look ugly, but it fills the hand nicely and really offers an easy way to get a good grip on it. I'd really like to compare one agasinst the Judge with its ribbed rubber grips. (I did a really sloppy/ugly/nasty/weak hold shot with the sunbnosed Judge at the range and the rubber grip latched on so well that even with a very limp wrist I was able to bullseye and off to the right at 7 yards with the Winchester PDX1 410 self defense load.) It was the ugliest shot I ever made in my life and it still found the target.

Since you're now competing with the "big boys" you should call Heritage and Taurus and ask for a sample gun to do a write up of comparison's? :grin1:
