Forum rules

As with any great game there are rules.

1: This is a Family Site that means:
__ a: No sexually explicit pictures or avaters.
__ b: No vulgar profanity. (Keep it PG)
__ c: No personal insults (Argue the point, not the person.)

2: Keep all political/religious debates civil. Different viewpoints are good. Hating someone for that different is bad.

3: No "smack-talk" of someone elses gun. Every gun is a Heirloom to it's owner.

4: No spamming or fly-by-night sales. This isn't free-advertising.com! Go sell your stuff somewhere else.

5: If you don't like guns or shooting hobbies, go somewhere else! There are other places to go that feel that way and would love you to join them. Let us enjoy our hobby!

6: Have fun! You're here to relax and enjoy yourself. Keep it light and don't get caught up in the gun-smoke!

Thanks guys.
Got us a lil "logo" thrown together, and some new styles to try out. I'm liking the "chronicles" right now. Might take a peek.

Yeah I went ahead and made it default for now. No worries, it can always be changed if folks don't like it. It's just easier to see changes with it as "active default".
Also found some rank images that match the style.

Well it didn't "default" for me? I had the old style this morning till I actively changed it to the "Chronicles" style?

I was "in progress" mister impatient one. I'm old, but I'm fast, agile, and accurat. .....................Occasionally.
I'm always right sometimes too if you must know.   :funny: :funny:

Guess I should say that "Chronicles" is now the default style of the board. Images, ranks, and other images have been adjusted to match.
Choosing another style from the available options may result in a less than desirable outcome, as I haven't had the time to check them yet.
The host does not allow me access to manually adjust anything, so I have to work with the default in an effort to make it look good to passer's by.
I will also be imposing limits as to what guests (passer's by) can see to only the HRR relevant forums. If you want in, now is the time to do it.
Bot access will also be restricted until such time as we "upgrade" to .com status.

We are working toward that end, but patience is needed grasshoppers. Please bear with us in this time of testing and change. I know you've heard that before, and only say, "we ain't them".

Thanks in advance for your time, membership, and patience.
E

Been working on seo (search engine optimization) a little too, so if you see some slight minor changes it's in an effort to make keywords typed into search boxes more likely to pick us up. :grin1:

Still gonna take some time though. We did picked up by google with a rank of 4 overnight, and I submitted the url to yahoo as well this morning.

You can play around here to see how the web sees the site.
just type in a keyword as if you were searching google, type in the url for here, and it shows you how relevant the site is to the word/s you choose.

Wicked1 It was cool to see how well the search did. Might have to play around on other search sites.
