There has been a rather bull headed ( better known as BS ) debate going on there about Heritage Mfg. and how crappy their product is ( sort of reminds me of a High Point debate ). And as usual, I just couldn't leave well enough alone. So I jumped into the fire on the Heritage side and pretty well ruffeled a couple of feathers. But, I really could care less. Seems the guy I ruffled has a habit of these kind of postings, and deserves every comment I posted. Just burns me to no end when the snobs come out of the woodwork and belittle people for not 'waiting' and buying some hi-end big brand. ( Again, just like statements against High Point ). Sorry, just had to vent a bit, some people just **** me off.

I've had some input on that thread as well. The same fellow agitating everyone in that thread was doing the same thing in a thread on the Henry forum. Some folks just can't leave well enough alone.

Yep, had to be CraigC. Some one mentioned he was barking over in the Henry forum. One of these days maybe he will get tired of all the attention. Na, probably not....

Sounds like one of the idiots that like to get attention by finding a reason to argue about anything and everything.
Because he obviously has never had a Heritage to truly evaluate. Otherwise he'd have nothing to debate.

This kind of behavoir is consistent with narcissism. There is no cure as this dynamic starts out in birth. The best medicine for these guys is to just ignore them and stop feeding their eternal flame.

I know Paladin, but some times it's fun to stoke the fire just to rile them a bit.

That's what was so much fun about it. The same thread (for the most part) was going on in both the Henry forum and the rimfire pistol forum (referring to the Heritage) and this same guy just kept coming back and coming back telling us all what junk they are. In his last post in the Henry thread he said something to the effect that junk rifles don't interest him. I couldn't help myself...I replied with the fact that for something that doesn't interest him, he sure has spent a lot of time trying to convince the rest of us that we are all wrong. Right after that the moderator put in a post agreeing with me then locked the thread. I wish he'd do the same thing on the Heritage thread because everyone just keeps feeding the troll (including me )

Funny part is ab4ka is guys like that are just "trolls" who more than likely don't even own any guns.
If he did and if he had ever held or shot a Henry or Heritage he would know better. ;-)

i hope craigc doesnt make his way over here. i was a part of that post as well. he is one of a kind. i like rimfire central because it was not as mean as AR15.COM but that jerk makes it down right unpleasant. i thought that site was friendly until i saw what he can do to it. my lord what an attention seeker. he was probably on the debate team in highschool.

Some how, I doubt it. I noticed that once we started producing verifiable facts with links, he hasn't been back.

I've posted over at RFC as well in responce to his "comments". I noticed he chose not to acknowlege the steel frame version of the Rough Rider.

Now as Adm. I have to say that if someone has a legitimet problem with their gun, they should and will have voice in speaking their peace, but obvoius "trolling" by people who don't even own the gun will be banned.

I don't tolerate people insulting others because of their gun choices. That's just beyond petty.

I was following that thread just for giggles. I have a RR .22 and 2 Henry lever actions, one .22 and the other .44 mag. All 3 are great and I would not trade or sell them off for anything unless the trade or sale would at least replace what I got. I got a 10/22 & had to put close to $800 into to make it a tack driver. The grips had to be changed on my .44 mag OMV to help me get on target and I'm still looking for the right load. My Mark II is almost as ammo sensitive as my 10?22. My S&W 617 is a great shooter out of the box anytime and any weather with most any ammo, but also shaves some lead. What else can I say - RR seems to do the same thing as the higher end stuff but at a lower cost. If my 10/22 would have shot as well as my Henry out of the box, it wouldn't have got all the stuff needed to make it shoot right.
